My husband is a descendent of Joseph Zilinski,and we are interested in the Marchak family, seeing how Joseph and Nicholas married sisters Carolina and Josephine. Do you have any information on their family?
My research shows Steve Zilinski born May 24, 1915 died 16 Aug 1987 in Legal not August 16, 1995 in Edmonton.

On August 16, 1987, Mr. Steve Zilinski of Edmonton, formerly of Legal passed away at the age of 72 years.
Survived by this loving wife, Caroline; three sons; Fred and his wife Judy, Victor and his wife, Norma, Clarence and his wife, Elaine all of Legal; one daughter Marlene and her husband Robert Bedard of Edmonton; two step-daugters, Rosetta and her husband Bob Greschuk of Edmonton, Stella and her husband Bill Fedechko of Calgary, seven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren; four brothers; Joe of Edmonton, John of Legal, Leon of Waugh, Julian of Edmonton; two sisters; Ann Dusza of Westlock, Lucy Zilinski of Edmonton. Predeceased by his first wife, Olga in 1958, his parents Nick and Josephine and two brothers, Fred and Frank.
